SEA Stainless Steel Hardware Mechanical and Surface Finish Guarantee

SEA guarantees the performance and surface finish of their Door Hardware for a period of 10 years from date of manufacture providing the fitting complies with the following:

Installation and manufacture must comply with the recommended British Standards Code of Practice and standards supplied by the ‘Profile’ company.

In the unlikely event of a product failing as a result of defective manufacture or design, SEA will replace any product deemed as not meeting its exacting standards. If the product is obsolete a product of equivalent specification will be supplied

The guarantee does not apply to product failure caused by Negligence, Vandalism, Willful Damage, Extreme Environmental Conditions or Excessive Wear and Tear or Consequential Loss.

This guarantee does not exclude any statutory rights of the purchaser.
